Or anywhere else for that matter! I know this has been discussed on here before but I have to vent somewhere.

The word "lil" instead of little

One woman constantly calls everyone "missy"

People calling me "love". I don't mind this in areas of Britain where being called "love" is a normal part of the vocabulary but where I'm from it just seems to have replaced the annoying "chick". e.g. "Alright my chick?" Has now been replaced with "Okay love".

Cannot STAND it...Aaarghh!

Not on Facebook anymore but the number of times I saw "on route to..." made me want to punch my computer screen.

It's en route ffs.

And a millions times yes to the twatting "inbox ya"

hoobypickypicky · 14/11/2014 23:40

"As if" - for example. "As if I've just seen a giraffe in the high street" or "As if Lisa has just told me that lemurs spit" when the writer means "I've just seen a giraffe in the high street" and "Lisa has just said that lemurs spit".

DillydollyRIP · 14/11/2014 23:56

Sexxxy lil man
Hashtags on posts, it's not Twitter.

:(
What's up hunni?
I'll inbox yas

Totally attention seeking and pointless IMO.

Heyho111 · 15/11/2014 00:01

Emotional roller coaster and it's been a journey. Arghhhhh!!!!

ovaryhill · 15/11/2014 09:00

Ora, the funniest thing was I was asked at work the next day if someone else had accessed my facebook and I just replied 'No' and left it at that

Uppatea · 15/11/2014 22:14

Anyone else had this one yet? Had two different people use 'fanks' yesterday. My mind boggled and I thought is this a 'thing' now?

Then remembered I hate the 'is this a thing now?' thing...

MarjorieMelon · 16/11/2014 09:12

Yes "fanks" is a thing. I always imagine it said in a really babyish voice. I hate it.

KarinMurphy · 16/11/2014 10:08

Christ, I got a 'fankoo' yesterday in response to something from an otherwise reasonably sane fb friend. Arrgghh!

Witchesbrewandbiscuits · 16/11/2014 10:13

Prinny for princess. Urgh! I had to block someone for this. Little prinny this, little prinny that.

Nomarymary · 16/11/2014 10:17

Lil man and princess make me cringe.

KoalaDownUnder · 16/11/2014 10:20

'Then' instead of 'than'. As in 'Katy Perry is soooo much better then Taylor Swift lol!'

Also 'alot'. Get. It. Right.

And people who are 'feeling blessed' because they love their family. No shit, Sherlock.

MrsItsNoworNotatAll · 16/11/2014 10:21

The only one I really, really REALLY HATE seeing is 'NOM' or 'NOMMING' the others I can cope with.

Hate to agree with the poster who mentioned the dramatic status's that go like this 'is really fed up/in need of a hug' etc. Followed by loads of comments of 'what's up hun?/inbox me'

Just fucking say what the fucking matter is you asshole!

MrsItsNoworNotatAll · 16/11/2014 10:21

HAVE to agree I meant not hate.

angeltreats · 16/11/2014 10:30

People who use 'bubs' instead of 'baby' make me want to destroy humankind.

Also all the hunning on the local for sale pages makes my skin crawl.

Ora, the funniest thing was I was asked at work the next day if someone else had accessed my facebook and I just replied 'No' and left it at that - this too is very very funny. I wish you were on my FB. I've recently had to let go someone whose entire life with all it's emotional ups and downs was conveyed by way of those silly 'card style' pictures - I don't know how to describe them but I'm sure you'll know what I mean. Always terribly P/A and always, I think, the sign of a complete coward. Just spit it out ffs.

I can't stand check ins at hospitals. Why would you do that? The only explanation is that you want lots of what's up huns.

There was one the other day where she answered "just a check up for dd's eyes" why put it up?!
Twats.

stupidlybroody · 16/11/2014 11:54

Those weird battle of the sexes 'come on girls lets confuse the boys and also raise awareness of something or other'

My news feed is constantly full of 'i love it under the table in a pink hat' crap.

Also hate anyone flogging forever living and similar. It's like they've been possessed!

imalostcause · 16/11/2014 12:00

All these! Angry Angry Angry Angry

mirandabee · 17/11/2014 10:22

I hate the use of frape, too.

Also, should of or would of argh!
