Just too bloody cute. Grin

Especially the episodes where he can't hold his pee pee in and misses the "toilet train" ... or the episode when he puts too much "goo" in the bath and it overflows with bubbles...

I just love it.

I'm nearly 34. Ds prefers wooly and tig but I keep trying to tempt him to watch Bing on iplayer.

I need a life.

Hi there your flop looks great. Can i ask what yarns you used for the main body please? My sister has asked me to knit one for my niece and i can't really tell what colour to use? Is it like a caramel colour? Thanks

cookietrue22 · 06/11/2014 21:00

Looked all over for some Bing merchandise. Hubby ended up embroidering this beanie hat for DS2. I think it looks pretty cool.

Loving the soft toys!

Boo. Can't make picture work!

Try again.

My 2.4yo DD is obsessed with Bing. She has now decided that she likes carrots and is constantly saying "yummy delicious" and "I love it". The other day she was even setting out an indoor picnic at a friends place.

I wish my parenting was more like flops and less me being 39 weeks pregnant, either totally knackered on the couch or dealing with builders for our still ongoing kitchen extension, while DD watches iPlayer on the ipad or plays games :(

WeAreDust · 10/11/2014 14:19

My son is absolutely obsessed with Bing, too...I do like it, although we have probably watched each episode on iPlayer so many times, and when one episode expires he takes it very badly!

ConcreteElephant, could you tell me the colour of yarn you used? Is it Patons? I can't find the right colour...TIA!

Notso · 10/11/2014 14:28

I hate it. It's weird and my three year old has taken to announcing everything is a Bing thing.
Me, DS2 have you pooed your pants?

DS2 poo pants, it's a Bing thing.
Me, Hmm Sad Angry

How can anyone not love Bing?
I emailed Ted Dewan last week to tell him how wonderful his creation is . I got a much appreciated reply too!
It's the only tv I allow my toddler to watch .
Bing is my dd first love affair.

TheCunnyFunt · 10/11/2014 15:23

I love Bing! I don't even know exactly what I love about it, I just can't seem to tear my eyes away or turn off the TV when he's on...

TheCunnyFunt · 10/11/2014 15:25

I want someone to knit me DD a Flop! Hmmm, don't know if I know anyone that knits. I'll have to ask around!

WeAreDust · 10/11/2014 15:29

I can't knit, but used a local facebook group to request if anyone could possibly do it for me...a very kind lady has offered to oblige! I have spent most of the day trying to find the right wool...hope I've ordered ok colours lol.

WhatWouldFlopDo · 10/11/2014 15:33

We love Bing too.
I've made a rather scary Bing this weekend to tide us over until the merchandise comes out.

We've been singing and dancing to the banana song all afternoon since it was on Bing. I love Flop but am puzzled by lack of parents. And also that the kitchen is far too high for Flop!

MamOfTwo · 10/11/2014 18:35

Joining the Bing love! Does anyone know where I would have heard Mark Rylance who voices Flop before? His voice is just so soothing, and comforting and oddly familiar?!

Ginfox · 10/11/2014 19:13

I love Bing, which is lucky as dd is obsessed.

I now want a "What would Flop do?" t-shirt Grin

I am an expert Bing felt tip colouringiner. Not as impressive as a knitted Flop though . I hope dd 2 never reads this thread and realises she's been short changed .
Amazon has a Bing jigsaw puzzle . Mine arrived today.

WhatWouldFlopDo · 10/11/2014 20:16

WeAreDust you would lol trust me, DD has hidden it in the kitchen cupboard rude child Grin

Beatricesmam · 20/11/2014 13:31

It is soooo cute. I love it and so does my 22 month old . She is fascinated by him. I love that it deals with everyday issues such as being clumsy, growing, toilet training etc plus am obsessed with the midcentury modern decor of the house :) daughter is getting some bing books for Christmas and was searching for toys too.

riyamohan1983 · 28/11/2014 12:32

My 30 months old dd loves bing episode.its available on iplayer. but i wish to downlaod the episode. when i searched online got only clippings in 3os,50 seconds in you tube.any one please suggest me where to download the bing episode or else is there any dvd available in shops?

daisystone · 28/11/2014 13:51

I think I like Bing more than my three year old.

Whenever someone sneezes now it is always "Aieeecheee"

Flop sounds very familiar. I feel certain that he can be trusted. He is the Yoda of CBeebies.

tuckingfablet · 28/11/2014 15:13

ooh we love bing too. flop is my model for parentingGrin Grin

Bananasareyellow · 19/12/2014 07:48

I wish I'd found this thread earlier, i would have bought all those books for Christmas! At least once a day DS exclaims 'I'm like Bing!!!'
