To admit I am addicted to Geordie Shore?

I've always thought it was utter rubbish and have never watched it until very recently when dd1 wanted to and I said I'd have to check it out first. There's no way she is watching it, it glamorises drinking and promiscuous sex.

I am now pretty much addicted Blush and have found myself watching all 8 seasons either on tv or online in secret!

I'm not really sure why I like it as I don't like drinking or dancing which is what they spend most of their time doing when they're not having sex. There's just something about it! It's really addictive and a bit of light relief!

I can't even say I am reliving my youth as I didn't go and get drunk every night then either! And no I definitely don't want to be them, I would not enjoy getting drunk every night and kissing random blokes!Hmm

It's a bit of a secret pleasure.

The 9th season starts in October and I can't wait!

Anyone else a not so secret addict? I name changed for this so dp doesn't see it Blush

I'd love to know how it all came about! I hope it wasn't a racial attack (thinking of Big Brother Grace who was racist accidentally due to her outside friendship groups) but they do get a bit lairy with drink Confused

I hope Gaz and Charlotte happen again! He seemed to have calmed down a bit last series, like he was willing to just be with Marnie but she wasn't having it.

I thought Gaz really seemed to be falling for Marnie, then she changed her mid again- good to see him getting pied for a change! I think Gaz and Charlotte could have had something at a different stage in their lives, it seemed like their was a connection there but he was too young for it.

Vicky was doing some kind of visit in a club near me about 2 weeks ago. I seriously considered going, for about 20 mins, before I realised that actually

a) I don't actually know her
b) she's not my friend, so it's unlikely that I'd be able to sit and have a chinwag with her
c) I'm about 10 years older than the people who frequent that club, so I would look like a nanna.

It honestly took me about 20 mins of thinking of babysitting options and outfit choices before I realised that.

I'm just watched all of season 1 too and they were horrible to Holly. Is seen the episodes out of order before eg. Some season 1 then season 3 then more of 1 but have just watched all 6 episodes.

Apparently there were 2 episodes in Magaluf?! I missed those and not sure where I can find them?!!!

Yes, I think if Gaz and Charlotte happened now it could work but she seems to have genuinely moved on...

I'm glad Gaz got pied but i wish it had been Charlotte that did it!

They were just awful to holly in series 1 :(
Charlotte has spilt up with her boyfriend now I think she still has feelings for Gaz- I wouldn't be surprised if they got together again.
Breakout I would have tagged along we could have been the old ones together ;)

I love GS, after watching the last one last week I was having withdrawals so I have watched all 3 seasons of 'The Valleys' over four days Blush

Nowhere near as entertaining as GS but it has kept me entertained!

What else can I watch now?

Scotty T is my dream guy. Purely because he's a clean freak apparently Shock he could do all the cleaning and ironing, and then still have the energy for a good session in bed.

Wooo so glad Charlotte has split up with Mitch! She just hasnt been the 'normal' Charlotte at all the last 2 series! He was a bit of a knb as well, did you see the episode where they were in London and got rat ased and abused her in the club? She went home early with him in tears, was horrible.

I read Vicky's book too, it was brilliant! Sophie got booted off the same night as Vicky threw something in a club, and it hit someone. Vicky got charged with assault and had to do community service in a charity shop. Sophie said something racist and got booted out. Not sure in what context though.

Did any of you see Ex on the Beach? Vicky's boyfriend James is Joss from that!!!

Yes I watch farrrr too much reality TV.
