To have a glass of wine?

It's more of a WWYD.
I will be flying 9h with my 2y old DS and DH. I'm a nervous flyer and can get really anxious if there is any turbulence for example.
Wine works, it really helps me relax a bid and generally makes it more bearable. But I'm not keen on drinking when looking after DS, I mean I never drink when looking after DS. And even though I don't think I am, there is a slight chance that I could be pregnant (although probably not).
So should I have a glass or 2 on the plane or not?
DH will obviously be there and share looking after DS, but he also doesn't get how I could get anxious about flying and is not very supportive in that.

Oh my gosh, I'd definitely have a glass of wine. I'd probably have two. Wink

About Rescue Remedy - yes it has an alcohol base but given you're only taking a couple of drops then unless you have some reason to eschew alcohol completely it's not really an issue.

If you're pregnant, or possibly pregnant - I wouldn't have the wine.

If not, enjoy :)
