We had a thread a few months ago about what type of threads we didn't like reading on AIBU so I'm interested in the opposite Grin

When you log on and scroll down the list of all the AIBU thread titles what is it that makes you pause and click on one in particular?

Is it because you just know a big argument will have broken out and you like reading heated threads?

It is because you know it will provide a good opportunity to talk about yourself? Grin

Or simply because it's a subject you are interested in??

I find myself drawn to the "Am I BU or is my DH?" type threads as I like to see what couples argue about and see whether it's as petty as some of the arguments I have with my DH Grin

Parking threads.
Neighbour thread.

But the kind we all need more of a EKL threads.

Katiepoes · 29/08/2014 13:16

What is the lemon drizzle one?

EatDessertFirst · 29/08/2014 15:24

MIL's, neighbour wars, parking wars, booked seat wars and 'pearl-clutchers'.

And cat threads.

wildfig · 29/08/2014 15:27

Any thread that starts off from a position of OUTRAGE and HORROR and escalates as posters try to throw a fire blanket over the flames. Especially if the OUTRAGE and HORROR is about frozen peas or a stranger smiling at someone's DC while waiting for the loo in M&S.

Anything with tips for being organised/decluttering
Anything to do with money - especially the different approaches couples have concerning joint finances

Charitybelle · 29/08/2014 15:47

Anything that sounds amusing or bonkers. Love the brass necked ones, especially pil or house guests who are cheeky. Always read the relationship ones, but they usually make me angry at men and frustrated at the op!

awsomer · 29/08/2014 17:00

katiepoes Lemon Drizzle Cake Enjoy! Especially follow the links in the last few posts for an epic part 2 of the drama.

I'm actually jealous that you get to read it for the first time, I wish I could do that again...

ArmyDad · 29/08/2014 17:10

Any thread where the OP asks aibu? And then argues that they're not. You know 100s of posts of yabu. OP no I'm not.

ThatSmellsLikePoo · 29/08/2014 17:16

I do like a woo thread and always struggle with how much some people appear to be out of touch with reality! Embarrassed to admit I do love a good bunfight but only when the OP has been an utter utter dick and gets told her horoscope accordingly!

MamaPizza · 29/08/2014 18:56

Oh my, I've just read the Lemon Drizzle Cake threads for the first time. I'm in stitches. But where is the 3rd part? I need closure! What was in the official statement? Did LDC ever return? Give me answers please!

sillystring · 30/08/2014 12:33

The Lemon Drizzle OP is a comedy genius. The line "fuck you Lemon Drizzle Murderer. Fuck you right up the bum!" will stay with me for a very long time.

That and the pinny saying "I'm with Bitch Face", the gift that keeps on giving, lol.

MardyBra · 30/08/2014 12:36

I like AIBUs which are proper AIBUs.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 30/08/2014 12:43

Political threads
TTC threads as I am ttc
Woo threads
General chat.
Lots more really. I just tend to browse and if I see something that I could advise on or that I have an opinion I will click on it
