To think Josie Cunningham seems to be the victim of a sustained bullying campaign?

Browsing the sidebar of shame (as you do, sorry, I won't link or it'll fair put you off your breakfast).

All the articles about her are vile. Full of outright lies and (I'm sure) misquotes. I then saw a snippet of an interview with her and just saw a damaged and not terribly bright young woman who seems to be completely naive and the polar opposite to the scheming twisted savvy climber she's being portrayed as.

I don't know what the truth is but I highly doubt she said (or meant) a tenth of what's claimed, and she is the target of a horrible agenda. She may well have signed up for that but you dint make choices like that in a vacuum, do you? She's an 'escort' and aspiring model apparently.

I feel a bit sick. I'm not one for censorship, but I do wonder if perhaps there should be stricter rules for the press in cases like this. It

Why does everything unpleasant have to be described as "bullying" now? I would associate bullying with being something a person couldn't escape from, due to force of circumstance. Such as being forced to attend a certain school, day in, day out, or a job in order to earn a living.

Josie Cunningham has behaved in an extraordinary way, a very unusual way. There is an easy solution for her to stop this, which is to quietly drop out of public view. But she is making money out of it, so the notoriety adds to her "fame".

Plenty of people have degrees of mental illness. Most criminals lie somewhere on the sociopathic scale, to a greater or lesser degree. It nearly always does not make them responsible for their own actions.

Hopefully she will grow out of it. In view of the number of equally serious conditions people never get treated on the NHS, she clearly has some kind of ability for getting attention ahead of others and I suspect is fully aware of how to exploit this.

The woman is an attention seeking, fame hungry fool - but the media love it. She invites all the abuse by being controversial and wanting to share her private details with all and sundry.
If it was ignored she may just go away

Myleen klass was not a happy bunny speaking to Josie just now on loose women seems like she wanted to rip into her. She has yet again not endeared herself to the public and really has brought it all upon herself.
It's her kids to feel sorry for she has just admitted on national TV that she was considering a termination to secure TV work what a vile women. That baby will grow up knowing that it's mum thought nothing of having it aborted so she could line her pockets, how sad.

Well for an interview to put her side of the story ..she did in no way endear herself to anyone. When Myleen suggested she could withdraw she said she can handle whatever is thrown at her..obviously not otherwise she would get on a bus like the rest of the prents

I read an article about her twitter tweets. She seems obsessed with Katie Price and wanting to be like her.

Hmmm. Not sure the state is paying to 'ferry her around Leeds' exactly. It looks to me as if that story has been twisted somewhat, and they are merely funding taxis to get her children to school, because she is refusing to take them on the bus and there have been attendance issues.

Loads of children get state funded taxis to school for a whole variety of reasons. Some because there are genuine reasons preventing the parent from getting them there, and some because they've been saddled with not very bright, not very responsible, not very organised twats for parents, and it's the only way to make sure they go to school.

This case, I suspect, is the latter. Of course it's infuriating, but the alternative is that her children do not get an education.

I am torn on this one. I don't doubt that she is rather dim and probably 'troubled' and is being cynically manipulated by the media and used as some sort of freak show exhibit. But on the other hand every time she opens her gob she says something so vile, so shallow, so stupid and so breathtakingly crass - even for a dim person, that I am not going to shed any tears over it.

Myleene was not impressed at all, she failed miserably at appearing neutral and unbiased! I feel sorry for Josie, she's clearly not the brightest button and probably has some terrible 'supporters' and 'advisors'.

The best thing she could do is duck completely out of the 'limelight' and bring up her children. But of course she won't want to do that as she now has her 'career' and this

She could easily walk away from it all. She constantly seems to put herself out there, even on loose woman today while she was supposed to put her side across she was plugging her website.

Tbh she should have been allowed to discuss her website because they asked her what she did for a living now she's not on benefits

She sold a story to a newspaper in which she publicly announced, that she was planning a late termination due to the baby hindering her chances of becoming famous stating, 'it would take me at least a year to get my body back if I went ahead with the pregnancy.'

Shes happy enough to declare all of this whilst at the same time gleefully posing for pictures whilst cradling her bump! Oh, and due to her escorting job, she isn't sure who the baby's father is. Apparently, either a premiership footballer or a brain surgeon!!??

Amazingly though and so unpredictably not, she makes a huge U-turn whilst in the taxi, on her way to the abortion clinic. If you believe that, you will believe anything!!
She ha absolutely no intention of aborting that little baby in the first place! She just wanted to be in the spotlight.

And you are wondering why there is a hate campaign against her! She is the author of her own woe. She has bought all of the haters, negative attention onto her self.

One of the least attractive aspects of some of our deeply unattractive press (especially the Mail) is that every so often they pick on a victim and decide to monster them. The victim will always be someone who does not come into the PLU category for the paper's readers, so that they can feel comfortably superior, and they will usually not be very bright - which is why they fall into the trap every time, and find themselves unable to get out. Once someone has become one of the paper's demons everything they say and do will be twisted to put them into the least favourable light, and every time they appear in the Press they will be depicted as a publicity seeker - even though they actually may have very little choice in the matter. It's really horrible, and has been known to drive people to, or close to, suicide.

And at the moment, the victim is Josie Cunningham.

I watched that Fail clip and what stood out most to me wasn't Josie Cunningham's lack of brains, which surely is not her fault, but what an utter cunt of a woman Myleene Klass is. I've only ever seen her in an advert for m&s I think, so didn't have any preconceptions. Is she always that patronising to people on that show?
