My child is going on a 3 day school trip to a European country.

Today I find out that the timing of the outward bound flight means that we have to get her to school for boarding the coach by 2.15am.

Yes, sorry, I appreciate that we weren't a single parent family. If my parents moaned, they never said anything to me. I would do it for my children although I'd likely moan about it as well. I am in the fortunate position of living directly across the road from where my children will go to secondary school, so it will be a stagger across the road, drop off child and stagger back across the road straight into bed.
