I've not yet met anyone (except my OH) who doesn't love this film, but I found it dull, the characters were infuriating/pathetic and it was just too "princessy" for me. AIBU?

I like "Brave" I always have a little snivel at the end when she thinks Mum isn't coming back.

Tinpin · 12/06/2014 19:33

I thought I was only person in the world who thought it was rubbish. Glad to find I'm not!

Found it incredibly boring. Loved tangled though.

ThePinkOcelot · 12/06/2014 19:40

It's a children's film!! I couldn't care less about it tbh

AnnaLegovah · 12/06/2014 19:44

Me too nicki!

At least Merida didn't have an American accent unlike the vast majority of Disney leads, like Mulan and Jasmine. The accents are odd in Frozen too if its supposed to be a scandi country. The 'leads must have American accents' is outdated now.

NickiFury · 12/06/2014 19:45

"It's a children's film"

No way!! Is it really?

Thanks for keeping it real!

TheEnchantedForest · 12/06/2014 19:50

Eer-I knew it was a children's film! Thanks for pointing it out incase others were unsure though!

TSSDNCOP · 12/06/2014 19:54

It is pants. It is screechy. And there's not enough of that snowman and the reindeer.

I liked the reindeer.

TSSDNCOP · 12/06/2014 19:55

So is Despicable Me, Toy Story, Madagascar etc.

All awesome.

Frozen=pants

YANBU. I found it quite dull. Not nearly as funny or clever as Tangled and other such movies. All a bit flat really.

Nofunkingworriesmate · 12/06/2014 20:02

I've only seen the end cos I walked into cinema early once,I saw the princess punch a male character overboard?? Don't know the context maybe he was some Sort of sex fiend violent lover or sum-fink?? If a male character did the same to a girl baddy would that be ok??

fragolino · 12/06/2014 20:55

not sure how they were not dealing with their problems, poor elsa spent her youth locked away to hide her curse, then ran off to protect her sister and her sister....ran off to find her and solve the problem Confused and its lovely at the end her true love is her sister...
its also really funny and humourous.

TodaysAGoodDay · 12/06/2014 21:19

The only thing I liked about it was Sven, he's adorable!

That Elsa was a stuck-up selfish self-centred cah IMO.

Tangled is much better.
