Just that, really. Does anybody have tips for parts of London that are still relatively affordable but might regenerate over the next few years please?

My young cousin is looking to buy a flat somewhere close to central London, budget is under £200k.

I think Southall will up and come. Crossrail will stop there making it a much faster journey into C London.

You can definitely get property below £200k in Lewisham/Lee areas. Lewisham in particular is having quite a lot of money pumped in, so definitely worth checking out what you can get there. I just looked on rightmove and there's lots available

Woolwich is still pretty cheap and is on the dlr so good for bank. Sorry if anyone said it already. .I skimmed!

Woolwich is the place to be. So many changes happening and the most amazing transport links in the pipeline.

now it's just the residents that need sorting out
