Talking about swearing with DH yesterday (started because of a FB 'quiz'. Thanks to MN I knew some that DH didn't (and he works in transport industry gasp ) found some new ones though and I need to use them, away from the children. I like arseclown, cockwomble and bollockfaced shitnubbins. Anyone got any others i can add to my list of 'new expletives'?

You just don't hear such fabulous uses of the English language here in the US.

Personally, I think of asshat as being fairly mild - it's what I nicknamed my dog. (He's actually called Samwise, but Asshat is sometimes more fitting.) I think it's one of my favourite words.

For more serious situations, I prefer Son of a Whore, or Son of a Fucking Whore (although, tbh, I'm not sure what other kind there is... )
