I am shocked at how many otherwise healthy people are suffering from terrible respiratory ailments in London and surrounding areas at the moment. WTAF is going on?

Boris (ie his SPADs) has come up with a radical plan for an ULEZ by 2020. Now obviously this was announced at the same time as the actual implementation for the latest phase of LEZ was watered down to exclude non TFL buses . And obviously he can do this with impunity because he's going to be long gone so it's just a way of screwing his successor.

But it's a starting point, an opening move in the game. We can still lobby, vote and generally agitate for action. We can make it clear that this is actually slightly more important than horse shit on the pavements or P&C parking spaces.
