To tell DH to stop using my tampons to apply Anusol to his internal piles?

Seriously pissing me off now as while I've got a stock pile of Super, all of the ones for light flow keep disappearing. Literally.

I'm sympathetic that they work for him, but FFS if he's going to do it, at the very least he needs to buy me replacements next time he. Goes to the shops.

You could put some vaporub on them and tell him that menthol fresh is the latest trend in sanitary wear.....

Presumably if he uses the correct applicator he has to clean it afterwards so I can see the tampons are a good idea.

But obviously he needs to replace them!

It may be that he needs to use lubricant to make the applicator more comfortable and that would be vastly preferable to using tampons as the cotton fibres can irritate the lining of the anus anyway.

Also if he's been using the ointment for more than two weeks with no improvement in symptoms he should go see the GP for proctosedyl or sciroproctal suppositories.
