Seriously! In a whole supermarket aisle of yoghurt and yoghurt adjacent products, every single fecking item was either activia or low fat.

I don't want activia! I don't want low fat (high sugar).

I just want yoghurt!

Lidl Greek yoghurt is the way forward, it's a big 1kg tub for about £1.60, nothing g added to it, tastes absolutely amazing and we eat it like it's going out of fashion in our household.

I read about it on MN about a year ago and haven't looked back since. Other than the occasional Yeo Valley or Rachel's Dairy in their lovely fruity Greek yogurts, it's the only yoghurt I buy.

The Onken set yogurt in the blue tub is also unadulterated from memory and that tastes good too.

We just have natural yoghurt and add fresh fruit.
