I WAS JUST GOING TO GET A LATE NIGHT SNACK FROM THE KITCHEN WHEN THIS BEAST OF A MOUSE DARTED PAST ME AND SPED INTO MY LIVING ROOM.........

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A FEAR OF A RAT BITING MY BUM WHILE I'M ON THE LOO.

WILL IT COME INTO MY BEDROOM WHILE I SLEEP?

Right you need to get snap traps just the cheap ones load up with Mars bar or peanut butter ,as they are cheap you can just chuck the whole thing and replace with a new one , I wouldn't use poison as it will crawl off somewhere to die and that might not be outside. Once you've got rid you can buy ultrasonic plug in rodent scarers get one of these they give out a noise we can't hear which the mouse doesn't like so should keep it away and stop anymore coming in

Don't get poison. They will hide somewhere and die. And then they will rot. The smell of a rotting mouse is horrendous.
