To be a sneaky, lunch-police little buggar?

DH lunch bag is on the kitchen counter. He is on the school run. It contains:

Left over cold pizza (hm)
3 rounds of sandwiches
3 packets of crisps
1 pack of dollymixture!

I have replaced 2 packs of crisps with some popcorn, added 2 oranges...and tied it up again so he doesn't notice. AIBU to think he should be setting a better example to the kids? And AIBU to be so sneaky? Grin

If you eat a bag of crisps a day, you'll put on a stone by the end of the year, apparently.

So take the crisps out. No-one needs three bags of crisps. The rest is OK especially if by 'replace the dolly mixture' you actually mean 'I ate the dolly mixture'. I love dolly mixture.

I pack DHs lunch and have the opposite problem, I put too many cakes in. He once unpacked his rucksack after work and hastily stuffed his biscuits inhis pocket because he thought I would tell him off for not eating them! I've never told him off in my life ha Grin

But YANBU, it's not like he will starve. You replaced what you took.

I think it depends if you're doing it as a joke (fine) or not (controlling!). If its a joke I like it Grin

educated. I know. I did google but one of the hits was Ask Jeeves. Didnt that used to be the main search engine when the Internet was born?

Yeah, I remember being super excited by the concept of what was actually a fairly crap search engine Grin
