Carla used to be such an arse kicking character, if I was that actress I'd be pissed off at how her character has developed into a bit of a wimp.

When she and Peter were having their affair it felt quite real and passionate. Tina and Peter feel so hum drum!

Tina was much prettier before the lip fillers, teeth and tan. Even corrie scriptwriters make fun of her tanning addiction.

I hate what they've done to her. And she looks so disinterested it comes across in her terrible acting. They've also made Gail and Deirdre figures of fun. Gail is constantly being attacked by her pathetic sons and their wives.

We walked past Tyrone in Trafford centre. He was telling someone to stop staring at him and his then pg wife. Horrible little man.

Steve and Eileen keep me watching. The rest are awful.

We once went on holiday and Kirk and his RL wife were staying at our hotel. He has a DS about the same age as DD, they played to really nicely at the edge of the pool, his DS was a lovely little boy. Kirk was a bit of an arse and ignored us and his DS. MIL was gutted when I told her and she really like her

Yes Tuhlulah - and Roy nearly got 'nabbed' as the father of Tracy's baby (Amy) too...

But to be fair, Roy was asleep/drunk/unconscious and didn't know whether he'd shagged Tracey Barlow or not (if you had, I expect you'd not forget in a hurry. I imagine there'd be weals and welts and bruises and possibly stitches). So it's not as if he was putting it about a bit.

I think it's wierd too. Silly he would have an affair after everything he's gone through with the whole him,Carla and Leanne love triangle. Plus, they've made Tina into a right bitch chasing him and not giving up and pretending to be Carla's friend. It's not her character really. They aren't a very good match .

Tuhluhlah agree that lots of young women like older married men and I do think peter is attractive but there's just something very unbelievable about this particular 'romance'. Obviously it's because it was shoehorned in last minute but it was basically Peter being mildly sympathetic once to Tina about Tommeh leaving her and then next thing she's mad about him and vice versa.

Hayley wasn't played by a man because she wasn't a man. She was a transgender female, not a transvestite...
