Scams tend to be on Facebook and they tend to go to people who they happen to know.

Easier said than done I know, but you need to try to forget about it now. I would imagine it will be January before you hear anything now.

The PR company will (most likely) be dealing with lots of other companies competition (there are loads in December)

Try not to mention it to anybody else and just brush the comments away. It will come eventually.

Im impatient too so I can only imagine what it would be like waiting for a car.

Look at it this way, you're no worse off by not having the car yet. Your life is just the same today as it was last week (I might be making a massive wrong assumption there) and have not lost anything. Just know that it will come one day.

Justine wouldn't stand for any scamming - you are perfectly safe. I bet it's only people who have no idea about Mumsnet who have said something like that... especially if you have just said 'I won it online'.
