Ive had an email at 430pm- its me.

Been hunting for my driving licence counterpart I can claim it!

Ive name changed but ive been here since 2007!

Im over the moon its amazing news.

Thank you everyone. It couldn't have come at a better time. My unpaid work placement is costing me a fortunate in fuel and this one will be so much more economical.

Its a Ford fiesta. Im still high on the ceiling!

ClausIsTrulyReal I missed the chance of getting a slot with my hairdresser til the new year. Maybe I can dust off my babyliss big hair or do the mumsnet haircut to compensate?!

FortyDoorsToNowhere that's a lovely idea. I will do something for charity although I don't know whats happening with existing car (which we've just spent £400 on which was a struggle!)

Ive won things on mumsnet before - a laptop a couple of years ago.

Recently though full time Social work degree and bringing up two little children has left me with little spare time so not entered many competitions for a while. I dont even know why I entered this one.....just happened to see it on Facebook or on home page.

All my cars have been at least 10 years old.

ViviDeHohohoVoir we are a family of six at times. Believe me the family car compared to this is going to feel like a tank.

This one has parking sensors!!! (or did I dream it?!)

Oh that's nice. I entered that compo, but even as I did so I knew that it would be better off going to someone who needed it more, and it's nice that it's a "real" MNer rather than just a comper called Dave12345.

For the benefit of people who didn't see the competition, I don't think it was a brand new car, it's a two year old Fiesta. Still a good win though, and super cheap to tax/park/insure.
