I was just on the DM website, browsing the side bar of shame and came across this

Now I don't particularly disagree with him in principle, however it would have been far more professional for him to keep his stupid, arrogant mouth shut. But having witnessed him on This Morning in recent years it's becoming increasingly clear that he thinks he's far more important than he actually is and that people actually giving a flying shit about what he thinks.

I think he's a smug, self indulgent knob and I can no longer watch This Morning because of him. Why is he still so popular?

I second the suggestion of Radio 3 in the morning. It gives a magical aura of calm to even the most chaotic household. Seriously - give it a go.

I agree OP, didn’t read the DM article but switch off This Morning when he is on, he seems very smug, I’m not a fan 😞

why is this thread 9 years old and how has someone came across this??. I'm only posting to agree with someone's comment from 9 years ago that this morning was far better in the Richard and Judy days. Its rubbish now.

The alternative is Eamonn Holmes I don't see what is so bad about what P.S. said quite honestly.

I quite like Philip Schofield and Eamonn Holmes, not that I've see that much of either but what I have seen, I like well enough. I think presenters are supposed to be pushy and opinionated.

I personally wouldn’t miss him if he was never on TV again.

I don't suppose I would miss him being as I don't watch Breakfast :-).
