to be knocked down by his love

My lovely dp give me a such wondrful present
I know it was in past but I can't still shake of from "his love"

He got me such amusing red old stinking hand bag
I was so overpower of his gesture that I have accepted it full of love towards him with out the word of disapproval

I hid it in plastic bag because of the odour
But because I didn't want to hurt his feeling
I have decided to try to do something about it

So I've been washing it and washing it
And washing it
Box of washing powder bottle of conditioner
And it didn't work
The smell become even worst
I should perhaps let dry between uncountable washings

I know he had good intentions but his love this time totally knocked me down

I give it to him back but that wild thought still is doing my head in

Should I also ask him for powder and conditioner money back
Or it will hurt his feelings

Check he hasn't sewn prawns into the lining.

Some mans are not so amazing.

HoneyDragon · 20/11/2013 19:51

Usual

I think the most amazing man in the world bought her a lovely handbag that stinks. So she's now washing the shit out of it so she can show he that she appreciate his gesture of love. Vis a vis, the aforementioned handbag.

ScrambledSmegs · 20/11/2013 19:54

Febreeze.

ScrambledSmegs · 20/11/2013 19:56

Or Napisan. Godsend for stinky stuff.

Does the handbag have a wasp in it?

KrabbyPatty · 20/11/2013 20:03

An amusing, stinking bag sounds like a crap present to me.

Well OP, I think you've nailed the lyrics, but who can we get to write the music? I'm thinking Tracy Chapman for vocals?

Fannydabbydozey · 20/11/2013 20:08

Did your mans buy you a bag like this?

Try pegging it outside for a bit with 3 lemons in the inside compartments.

My romantic self says that if my mans gave me a red bag that stank I would use it regardless, carrying the smelly thing with pride that such a wonderful mans gave me this gift to show his love.

However, there'd be no getting away from the whiff so I'd probably 'accidentally' drop it in a bucket of bleach and show my appreciation to him in a more traditional way.
