My ds is 13 m

kiwiscantfly · 15/11/2013 08:09

Once, she's 2.10 and has a cold.
Good luck!

NorthernShores · 15/11/2013 08:10

Nearly 2year old up between 1 and 3.30am, then up at 6... Not sure that helps though!!

Baby baby used to wake e dry 2 hours for milk and go back to sleep.

FaddyPeony · 15/11/2013 08:10

Oh bless you, you poor thing. I remember needing that solidarity! How old is yours?

(Mine is nearly 22 months and didn't wake at all and almost never does, despite not sleeping for her first year of life -- this is meant not as a brag but to give you hope!)

HankEpankie · 15/11/2013 08:10

My ds is 13 months old and sleeps through 12 hours

How old is yours? How often does he/she wake up at night?

mumteedum · 15/11/2013 08:11

Ohhhh I have been there. It does get better but can be very gradual. How old is yr baby? Are you bf? Cosleeping?

It's so hard.

Steben · 15/11/2013 08:12

3 year old had a nightmare and woke at 4. One year old cried out at 3 but self settled (you have my sympathy OP we have just come out of a phase with one year old where we had night time waking/feeds anything up to 4 times Confused)

DefiniteMaybe · 15/11/2013 08:12

26 months 9 wakings in the 10 hours she was in bed.

kelda · 15/11/2013 08:12

DS aged 5 years awoke twice last night. Fairly normal for him.

Probably not what you want to hear?

bumpandkind · 15/11/2013 08:12

Mines 5 months and woke 4 times between 7-7 . Has been worse in the past but I really thought things were getting better.

She's 5 months and woke at 1.30 then again at 5.30. It sounds great but our older DD woke up at 2 from all the crying and wouldn't go back to bed. So our night pretty much ended at 1.30... Did manage to get DD1 to sleep in our bed for an hour at 4.30 though so we got another hour then.

We go to bed before 8pm every night, it's the only way we can cope.

happylittlevegemites · 15/11/2013 08:13

10.5 months. Up at 10.30, 11.30, 3.30, 4.00, 4.40, 6.30, 7.30... He has the tail end of a cold/teething/recovering from failed sleep training attempt.

PurplePidjin · 15/11/2013 08:13

1 next week and awake 4:15 (teething poo) and 5:30 (drink) he's normally up at 6:30 but is chucking me one of his rare lie ins!

bumpandkind · 15/11/2013 08:14

noitsachicken · 15/11/2013 08:15

17 months, 4 times I think but he is not well. Once or twice is still usual.
At 5months he was up every 1.5-2 hours.

RevengeWiggle · 15/11/2013 08:15

5 months old and 4 times here aswell, which is an improvement on how she used to be but still not great. She was up for two hours between 2am and 4am and then I couldn't get back to sleep, shattered.

tackytiger · 15/11/2013 08:15

My 3.5 year old slept 7.30 - 6.10 but in her defence would usually sleep until almost 7. She does regularly wake in the night with night terrors but can usually be sent straight back with a cuddle.
My 6 week old fed at 9.30, 1.30 and 4.30 as usual. She then woke for another feed at 6.10 which is not usual and woke the big girl. Smallie still sleeping now after that.
I'm constantly at a low-medium tiredness level but I vividly remember the exhaustion with my first baby. Feel your pain OP.

bumpandkind · 15/11/2013 08:17

Thanks everyone Brew all round I think!

Also 5 months, finally settled at midnight and then slept through and still sleeping! Normally goes to sleep by half 10. Live in hope that her bedtime will get earlier at some point!

LovelyWeatherForDucks · 15/11/2013 08:18

13 months, went to sleep at 6.45pm, was awake and yelling from 12.30am - 2am, up for the day at 5.20am. Zzzz, not enough sleep for anyone. A bad patch at the moment!

Fakebook · 15/11/2013 08:18

Once at 23.57 for 20 mins, then 03.40 for 15 mins, then at 04.32 for an hour. She's been asleep since 5.30 this morning now. She's 5 days today. Breasts feel like rocks and can't sleep on either side so even when she's asleep I'm not sleeping well. I know how you're feeling!

highlandbird · 15/11/2013 08:20

My almost seven month old was up five times before midnight so I then brought him into bed with me and at a guess I've had to resettle him about seven times since. Feel like I'm losing the plot sometimes, but the two year old slept through last night so that was a bonus. Am trying not to wish the baby years away but it's so so hard not having any sleep, you have my sympathies Thanks

claracluck1978 · 15/11/2013 08:21

8 week twins. Up at 10.30, 1.30, 4.30 & up for good at 7.30.
each time up for an hour as both need changing & feeding. Not complaining, we've had it much worse! But longing for the once-a-night phase!!!

blackteaplease · 15/11/2013 08:21

14 month ds was up twice for a feed then awake for the day from 5am. 3.10 yo dd woke at 4 briefly then again at 5.

That was a good night in our house .

BikeRunSki · 15/11/2013 08:21

Once, 5 ,25 months. A good night for her!
