To want to know how much you weight if you are 5 ft and 6 and a half inches?

Doesn't this thread show how difficult weight is! I am a 10/12 at 10.5st a straight 10 at 10st so a full st heavier than some others on this thread at the same height and weight.

Ah well, what the hell. I am 5ft, 6 and a half inches tall and weight about 15 stone . I lost a stone in September and promptly put it back on in October. I give up - I was obviously born to be fat. (Forget the biscuits, those profiteroles were lush!)

Body shape / bone structure must have a lot to do with it because Zombie is only 8 stone and finds many 10s too small while 12s are loose.

It's dodgy ground, going by weight. My SIL and I are both 5'6", we look about the same size, but I'm a size 8 at 8.5 stone, and she's a size 8 and 10.5 stone! She is firm all over I suppose, whilst I'm skinnier around the joints, but you'd have to look hard to tell the difference. We fit into the same clothes.

I'm 5'7 and was 8 stone 9 before this pregnancy. I'm now 28 weeks and a stone heavier. Was back to normal weight within six weeks of having DS1.

I'm a slight build, always have been, and judging by family members, probably always will be.

I am exactly 5 foot 6 and a half inches though naturally I claim to be 5 foot 7

I weigh 9 stone 3 usually and I'm a size 8-10. At my heaviest I was 11 and a half stone and I think I was a 14 starting to need a size 16 at that point. This was about 14 years ago though so sizes may have changed.

5 foot 7 and 13 stone here. I wear size 14/16 clothes depending on store and whether it is on the top or lower half of my body.

I'm exactly the same height as you; 12st7 and size 16. I used to be 10st3lbs and was a 10/12. My boobs are massive ATM, they haven't gone down after pregnancy and my DS is 1. At 13st7lbs I was a size 16-18. Interesting thread!

5ft 6 10st 8lbs I am a 10 on top and a 10/12 on the bottom.

Crazy all the different weights on here, my slimmest I've been is about 9 stone where I am a 6 on top and an 8 on the bottom

Most branches of Boots have electronic scales which are usually pretty accurate. It costs 50p to get your height and weight, or 70p to get your height, weight & body fat composition (I'm not sure how accurate the bod fat measurement is - probably not very).

I am a 'solid' 5ft 7 weigh 14.5 stone and can sometimes get into a 16! but mostly 18 ... I would love to get into a permanent 14/16 and am trying! Very interesting thread!

Ok this never makes sence to me. My height is 5.6 and a half. I currently weigh 13st and 7.5 pounds (just lost 20 pounds) my size 16 clothing is all far to big, size 14 trousers fit me nicely with the odd 12. Tops are all a 10 or 12!

How can you be the same weight/ height as me but so different size wise!

I believed I weighed 10st (naked) for ages, then weighed myself at my mothers (clothed) and hers said 11st! I do not believe my jeans and tshirt weigh a stone... :(

I'm probably 10st 7-10lb. Size 12-14, bottom half a 14.
Small boned, so my sis who's a tall skinny big-boned size 10 weighs about the same as me, if not more.

However am now 14wks pregnant, so am already in size 16 (H&M) maternity jeans due to the beating my stomach muscles took with DS. Ah well.
