Am I being unreasonable to LTB and take my thermals and thick vitamins with me?

Is your DH Goat Peter?

DiseasesOfTheSheep · 05/11/2013 22:35

Goats are always more valuable a commodity than men.

Even if they do butt you out of bed in the mornings and try to eat your sheets...

Bettercallsaul1 · 05/11/2013 23:18

Oh, hooray! Didn't realise the goats now had their own thread! (And the thick vitamins, of course!) There can, of course, be no contest between the goats and your husband - take the goats and run!

Sparkletshirt · 05/11/2013 23:34

You know that swapping thread that was on here? Can you swap dhs for goats at all?

Can you swap them for anything?

He does make a good cuppa tea though. And do the odd bit of housework.

Anyone swap me their goat for dh? I'd settle for some decent adult conversation to be honest (not adult as in rude, just adult as in not childish)

Hehe. Sorry this has made me laugh,

My OH reckons we are getting Pygme goats next summer...

Bettercallsaul1 · 05/11/2013 23:55

Sparkletshirt - in all honesty, I think you''re being a bit optimistic expecting anyone to swap their goat for a husband! Even the best OH can't compare in any way with the usefulness, warmth and companionship offered by the average goat. And their conversation's better too.

Sparkletshirt · 06/11/2013 00:14

Well that goes without saying Bettercallsaul1. But I live in hope of having something less selfish, less messy, less poorly mannered than dh in life. Another baby perhaps? (not that I'd dream of asking anyone to swapsy theirs, I mean another one of my own)

Swapsy for wine anyone???

And isn't Homeland pants at the moment as well (haven't seen end of last episode, might watch that now) Wine

EldritchCleavage · 06/11/2013 10:45

Apparently Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners on C4 last night featured a person living with 5 goats. Anyone watch it and prepared to post a review?

Thatisall · 06/11/2013 13:25

5 is excessive. Why is she hogging all the goats the selfish cow? Will someone please think of the children!
