To think it is really really weird that my OH keeps a lock of my hair?

Moving house and came across a chunk of my hair, neatly tied into a little strand.

Confronted OH who said, without a hint of embarrassment, that he had it "to remind me of you".

Er, okay... Creepy hair keeper.

He sourced it after I'd cut my fringe one time and claims its a "normal lover thing".

AIBU to think this is really weird?

I split up with a boyfriend for a while. When we got back together, I discovered a transcript of the text messages we'd exchanged during our 'break' and some naked photos of me (taken on holiday, tastefully done, pre-internet and 1.5 stone ago) that he'd laminated. Really, really don't like to think why he'd laminated them.

I did go on to marry somebody normal.

OMG! I cannot believe the skin in the diary story! Think I'm going to puke. Crispy!!! Bleurgh!!!!!

RevengeWiggle · 05/11/2013 11:22

Do you still have it doinmummy? That is possibly the most disgusting thing I have read on MN.

APartridgeAmongThePigeons · 05/11/2013 14:21

Or where he'd laminated them?

Doinmummy · 05/11/2013 15:20

No I don't still have it ! I didn't keep it for sentimental reasons , not sure what I was thinking really!

Objection · 05/11/2013 15:53

First one lock, then another...

...then your toenail clippings...

...then any peeled off skin...

...

Pretty soon he'll be able to build a whole new you and won't need the original.

Pretty soon he'll be able to build a whole new you and won't need the original.

[horrified] do you think that is what he's trying to do? I bet dead-skin-me won't talk back or complain about his disgusting socks either...
