To wonder what has happened to the postman

I have had 1 piece of post since Friday, I normally get at least a piece of junk mail/leaflet...I'm starting to ponder whether he is on strike/been sacked and or kidnapped :o

I have not seen him wondering round the area as I often used to!

Any ideas? :)

One piece since Friday that is.

2nd piece since Friday even! Brain gone today!

I often get no post all week, then loads in one day. I swear they save it all up and only deliver when they can be arsed... lazy bastards.

When the postal system first started, mail that was in the confines of London, would often be delivered within a matter of hours.
How things change.

Had a letter last week from the postal service saying that the routes and delivery times will be changing and that post may now be arriving later and these times are subject to change!

Fucking sell off is responsible for the new crap delivery service.

Am also not getting post every day and hsve had a parcel go missing!

I am just about old enough to remember getting second post in London! I'm going to sound all old gimmer ish and say the country's going to the dogs I really wanted tgat missing parcel

I too remmber the second post they seem to be one or two postcodes a region each day some routes joining other routes other routes disappering routes get spilt postoes getting pissed off cos they had that route for years and now its gone alot of posties that I see and speak to are stressed and its not dec yet

I just about remember the 2nd post, when did that stop?

Quite a decent amount of post this morning. Like a weeks worth funnily enough!

SmilesandSunshine we've had that regularly, no post for ages and then loads all in one go. We actually live a stones throw from the sorting office to add insult to injury!

Still not had the crucial piece I am after but have phoned the relevant persons, and they were still dealing with it when I spoke to them, so at least I know it hasn't gone astray.
