Frankly, short answer - if it's manufactured you have a 90% (plus) chance of it having something 'addictive' in it :(

Its not a special additive just the fact that they are pure white carbs and/or sugar which makes your body over produce insulin and then crave more sugar to try and disperse it and then produces more so a vicious circle!

Once you spend a week away from all the processed carbs and sugar you will find you don't crave them anymore as your blood sugar levels are even and no longer spiking and plummeting.

YAB a bit U to "think" and not "know" this.
