Its not a special additive just the fact that they are pure white carbs and/or sugar which makes your body over produce insulin and then crave more sugar to try and disperse it and then produces more so a vicious circle!

Once you spend a week away from all the processed carbs and sugar you will find you don't crave them anymore as your blood sugar levels are even and no longer spiking and plummeting.
