Just butter for me, I am a plain girl. Sometimes though I will put some ham on it. But mostly just the butter will do :)

another vote for smooth peanut butter here!

or smushed up banana, sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon and grillled again...

or a nice poached egg or two with salt and pepper
