To expect dh to make ds2 some slippers?

He's onto making his second pair of slippers. Ds2 is an adult size 4 and I can't find boys slippers in that size anywhere. He stubbed his toe on the vacuum cleaner two days ago and the weather will be getting colder soon.

Instead, dh is compulsively making himself slippers

It's not on is it?

Your DH has a compulsion to make himself slippers from leather of mysterious provenence? How many pairs does he have?

How about some croc style clogs? Warm and good for toe protection.

Isn't it a bit warm to be wearing slippers. Perhaps the shops haven't started stocking them for autumn.

DD1 has always hated wearing slippers so we gave up in the end (and put up with the drama that goes with her stubbing her toes ) we've got hard floors downstairs, it's not slippy if he's barefoot.

I am LOVING the slipper thread. I am a massive slipper fan and am wearing my most recent pair, bought from Sainsbury's (who knew they would do such excellent slippers). They are known in my house as my 'wolf slippers' being brown leather with a brown fur trim. They have a good sturdy sole for going in and out of the garden.

As long as they're not painted red.

If you want boys size 4 slippers you need to look in the kids section. Older boys slippers will start from size 13 and go up to size 6 usually.

I don't think I've ever read a review on slippers before.
