To expect dh to make ds2 some slippers?

He's onto making his second pair of slippers. Ds2 is an adult size 4 and I can't find boys slippers in that size anywhere. He stubbed his toe on the vacuum cleaner two days ago and the weather will be getting colder soon.

Instead, dh is compulsively making himself slippers

I went on Amazon and there wasn't any there, but I didn't look any further really.

Seriously though, M&S have some good ones. I think I'll have to get DS some of the red boot ones.

Hang on, dh has just measured my foot. Ds2 is only slightly smaller than me, so perhaps he's going to make him the slippers after all. Huzzah

M&S have lots more slippers that aren't showing on their online site. My friend bought her two some yesterday, they're lovely, I'm going to see if they have any for me soon.

We don't have carpet, so he'll slip with just socks on. Ds2 loves slippers. I bought some from Amazon a while ago, but they fell to bits after about two weeks.

ha, ha ds2 is like a little ole fella, he loves his slippers and dressing gown

And you can get socks with grippers on the bottom

Nooooo, it's not a wind up, honestly. I'm having real trouble finding slippers and I felt so bad because ds2 badly stubbed his toe.

We don't have carpet and even my hypermobile, clumsy as hell ds1 can walk without slipping.

What do you have in place of carpet? Ice?

How about some croc style clogs? Warm and good for toe protection.

We just have wooden floors and the odd rug. We have painted stairs with no gripper thingys on.
