Hit me with your worst/most ridiculous/most likely to start a bun fight AIBU opening post.

Rules are:

  1. it has to be your own idea, so no using current threads
  2. no troll paraphernalia - mn rules.
  3. keep it light hearted. This is just for fun, because i'm bored and because you know there's a part of you that would just love to write it for real to see what reaction you'd get. But wouldn't because you're sensible and wouldn't want to annoy mnhq.
  4. I don't want the responses, just the opening post.

A virtual Wine in it for the winner. Grin

AIBU to be fucking fuming that nobody would give up their seat for me on the bus when it was quite obvious I had a swollen belly from a four course lunch?

katese11 · 08/08/2013 20:48

AIBU to tell all my friends that they can only bring their babies to my wedding if they promise not to breastfeed them?

(Background: it's a very exclusive and no-nipple wedding. I should be centre of attention and bfing mothers distract all the guests. I'm doing them a favour cause then they can all get totally smashed with me like we used to before they got all boring)

FrussoHathor · 08/08/2013 20:54

Aibu to send save the date cards with poems asking for money to pay for my wedding?
Aibu to then not invite anyone including the groom and bigger off to Hawaii with the money.

Aibu to not speak to other mums at the school because I saw them allow their dc to eat the haribo from their party bags at a party this weekend. Wibu to report the host mum to social services for attempting to poison 30 children at once, why not just have lentils and carrot sticks in the bag?

Joiningthegang · 08/08/2013 22:47

Aibu not to speak to mil ever again as she looks after the dc full time while I work, they think she is great but I have heard that she lets them watch tv for at least N hour most afternoons.

Joiningthegang · 08/08/2013 22:50

Aibu to divorce my husband? I am a sahm to one dc who is at school and my dh works long hours. He thinks I should be responsible for the household chores and he thinks this is "my job", but I struggle to find time to do this as I am very busy at the gym, having lunch with my friends and shopping.

oldgrandmama · 08/08/2013 23:09

AIBU to hate sharing my bed with a sweaty, hairy, snoring man and preferring to sleep with my cat instead?

musicismylife · 08/08/2013 23:28

AIBU to think that the English Defence League have enlightened me?

BlackeyedSusan · 08/08/2013 23:57

Notafoodbabyanymore · 09/08/2013 01:51

Aibu to tell my friend she's selfish for planning to have pain relief during labour and then formula feed her baby?

Notafoodbabyanymore · 09/08/2013 01:52

This is in no way a reflection of my actual views!

Secretswitch · 09/08/2013 02:09

Oldgrandmama, YANBU!

Secretswitch · 09/08/2013 02:11

AIBU to come to mumsnet for advice when my dd has just fallen down a flight of stairs and is bleeding profusely?

Justshabbynochic · 09/08/2013 06:55

AIBU to kick my DC out? She is selfish, whingey, and screams at me. Last night was the final straw, I left a big bag of chocolate bars out and she ate 4 of them! She didnt even hide the evidence, it was all over her face! Who does she think she is, stealing food from us like that? I'm about to tell her she has 1 week to find somewhere else.

So as not to drip-feed: dd is 3.

shutitweirdo · 09/08/2013 07:22

AIBU not to go to the christening. Sil was my bridesmaid, then copied all my wedding ideas, then refused to have me or dc in the wedding photos, but did have dh. She got pregnant one month before me to steal my thunder. Now she wants dh as godfather and not me as godmother. WIBU to not go and complain to dh for months.
