No I have no issue with the age gap. I am late thirties myself, my last boyfriend was 28.

I just cannot understand why a girl like that with so many opportunities ahead of her would choose to spend her life with such a joke of a man. I thought he was a controlling, sulky arsehole on his reality show and I wonder if he's the same with her.

I thought Dyspraxia was about motor skills (my son was assessed for it).
As for Andre and his girlfriend, I agree she could do a lot better! But then I'm sure people say the same about my husband, and he doesn't love his kids half as much as the Orange one.

She probably has a rather glamorous image of him, and he has probably treated her well and taken her to lots of fun, glamorous nights out, premieres, etc.. Shes pleasant looking but relatively ordinary, and if she has just finished a degree in medicine, he probably offers an escape route from all the stress, annoying male medical students, etc..
