Bra off, bend over, feel like a bit of a fool and measure yourself! Guide here. Don't add 4 inches or anything like that.

NeoMaxiZoomDweebie · 26/06/2013 21:57

Why bother at all op? Mine are small and I don't EVER wear them. I wear supportive vest tops....well kind of supportive...they have an extra layer just where your bust is.

StatisticallyChallenged · 26/06/2013 21:57

You girls are shameless!!!! (funny though!)

I do take mine off at home, but that's because I tend to lie on my sofa rather than sit and underwires plus lying down can be a bit uncomfortable. But then I have 3 cats so as soon as I come in I take my work clothes off and stick PJs on

NeoMaxiZoomDweebie · 26/06/2013 21:58

HaveIGotPoos why on earth would the OP have to wear a bra when her friends DC are there?? Confused

FoxyHarlow123 · 26/06/2013 21:59

Its only a matter of time before someone arrives on this thread to tell you all that you're wearing the wrong size bra if it's so uncomfy that you want to shed it as soon as you're out of polite company!

Sleep404 · 26/06/2013 22:02

I stopped wearing mine for a while, but gravity set in and I had to return to the annoying boulder holder.
Bf at the moment so I even have to sleep in the blasted thing. Can't wait till I can return to the 'stripping it off as I walk in the door' days.

What on earth has going braless got to do with polite company? They're breasts..under clothing...not naked fannys or anything!

StatisticallyChallenged · 26/06/2013 22:02

FoxyHarlow123 - Too late!

Bunbaker · 26/06/2013 22:04

You missed the bus - they already have!

I don't care whether women wear one or not. I keep mine on because I don't find it uncomfortable and it would never occur to me to take it off until bedtime.

wehaveourlifeback · 26/06/2013 22:15

Ok even if I had the right sized bra I still want to be free and so do my boobs its just my personal opinion that's all .

So shall we do a thread on taking our underwear off when we get in and let it all hang out and air ourselves before going commando.

What do we do then?

Sorry but this is just light hearted thread ,going off to do shuffle again or maybe I should go commando as well ha ha Grin.

Ooh yes, de-braing is the best moment of the day! Wonderful.

Binkyridesagain · 26/06/2013 22:24

I have already been intervened with, my bra fits very nicely, I just like swinging free, I hate clothes, the less I wear the happier I am.

LST · 26/06/2013 22:26

I don't even need a bra. The only reason I wear one is because my nipples might show. Sad

FoxyHarlow123 · 26/06/2013 22:28

NEomaxi - unclench love.

DrHolmes · 26/06/2013 22:36

I never take mine off except for when I'm going in the shower. Obviously I don't mean I wear the same bra but I do wear them constantly. I have large boobs and don't want them heading south anytime soon.

Wylye · 26/06/2013 23:34

Yikes - I've had my MN Bra Intervention and still find it a huge relief to get the damn things off every evening! No underwires either. Confused

DH is well used to me pulling the straps out thru my sleeves and flinging the offending article across the room.

I have ggs and I pick and chose wether I wear a bra in or out of the house.

I am more likely to wear one now I have some beautifully fitting one ( thanks mad bra ladies Thanks) but I love the feeling of my boob being free in fact before bfing I hadn't worn one for 5 years Smile

SummerRainIsADistantMemory · 26/06/2013 23:41

I broke my ribs years ago and the bra kills them so I only wear one out of the house, and I'd go without then too if I could get away with it. Dp is currently wearing my bra on his head as I flung it in his direction when it came off

BegoniaBampot · 26/06/2013 23:43

I sometimes go braless. Helps if they are small. Lets just say I can't hold a pencil under them and they are bigger then usual at the moment.

HoppinMad · 26/06/2013 23:48

I take padded/underwired bras off at night for confort, but otherwise all bras stay on in the day. I have small breasts but humongous nipples (no really i do) and they show through if I go braless which can be rather embarassing if I get unannounced visitors.

Makes me laugh but if I was to fling bra off soon as I got in, DH would be like an excited puppy thinking i'm after some action Hmm

HerrenaHarridan · 26/06/2013 23:50

I should add that ime if you don't wear a bra all the time then the muscles for holding them up become better developed. Mine are saggy and they're mahoosive and have bf

ouryve · 26/06/2013 23:51

I'd trip over mine if i let them hang free. Plus, they're bloody heavy and get sweaty underneath with nothing to hold them up.

That said, i do enjoy whipping off even my comfiest bras, some evenings.

peppersaunt · 26/06/2013 23:56

Love my comfy new 32D bras (was, pre-intervention, 36B) but still whip them off when I get home. Also immediately change into sweats. Guess I'm just a slattern...

NumTumDeDum · 27/06/2013 00:06

Gah, no. The bra stays on, can't stand the skin on skin feeling, especially when it's hot. I do have g cup norks though. I remember with fondness the b cup days when a bra was not always necessary.
