God yes, he is not quite right - something really sleazy and creepy about him.

During a concert in Lisbon he slipped on a plastic water bottle and fell, so decided to pout and leave the stage in protest (the crowd had been encouraged by Soundgarden and Faith No More to throw plastic bottles to the stage an hour before).

Duffy just picked up the mike and sang the next song. Axl came back to the stage pretty sharpish after that.

My roommate at school and i were absolutely OBSESSED with GnR. Everyone else was listening to crappy poppy rubbish and we were headbanging away in our room. Embarassingly she used to have this blonde wig thing from a play she had done for drama, she used to put on the wig and play axl. I always got to be slash. Wth my tennis racquet.
