Just read that. Totally agree with Rosamund's views and although perhaps she was asked by Sands to do it as a damage limitation exercise, I'm glad there's been some balance shown.

Should a person who has accepted a caution be barred from writing about art? Should the Saatchi Gallery be closed? Should he face total ruin?
