I love, worship, adore the stuff. So anything possible in it, bread sticks, cucumber, pitta bread, tomatoes, crisps fingers and peppers.
Thing is dh says I don't dip as such, more shovel.
I buy 4 tubs a week, have it with most meals and snack at night.
So how much it's too much? It's it good for you? Other been avoiding checking the calorie content just in case it's horrendous.
