When he pulled those turkey twizzlers out of his bag and all the Italian dinner ladies shrieked in horror, he said he was in an Italian elementary school where by law (quote Jamie's voiceover) all food served has to be organic.

The children were no way old enough to be in an elementary school, it was quite clearly a nursery school and there is no such law in existence (according to my contact at the Ministry of Education )
