I'm getting so fed up the weather is nice so my back door is open, DC and dogs going in and out playing - lovely except everytime the dogs go out my pup starts barking, she is a friendly girl so couldn't figure out why.

Anyway just been out to investigate and everytime she goes out my next door neighbours DC maybe about 7yrs? Is making barking and growling noises at her winding her up.

I shouted over "do you mind" but he doesn't speak english so don't think he understood me.
I want to go round and say something as I don't want to have to keep my dog in because the mother can't stop her child from winding my dog up but she doesn't speak english either so not sure what to do?

Even my children know not to wind other peoples dogs up.

This isn't the first time apprently as DP said when I was in hospital he had another neighbour round to complaints about my dog barking and all he could hear was the boy next door winding the dog up.

Sorry that was to Janey.

like I say I want to sort it but as I'm just out of hospital and not well spending my time training the dogs today isn't really going to happen as I am meant to be on bed rest.
My dogs are well trained just this can't be an instant thing as much as Id like to solve it that way.

I wouldn't expect that lol the weather is lovely and I want everyone to be able to enjoy it no one wants to be cooped up on days like this including my DCs hence why I have to keep the back door open, I am trying to tell my DCs to shut the back door after them but my 2yr old can't reach the handle so leaves it open.

Child next door has now given up and I think they have gone out so hopefully I can have a nice quietish afternoon.

Oh, OP - you sound an absolute delight!

"
In all honesty I'm not learning another language when I speak english in england, she lives in england she should learn english, ignorant of me maybe but thats my view rightly or wrongly so its not an option.
" Charming!

You know, when you go and live in another country, you tend to pick up the language, you are right, she should, and probably is learning to speak English, it would be helpful and you know, nice, if her neighbours helped her do this and were a bit more welcoming - i wasnt suggesting you became fluent, just a few key FRIENDLY words, but like you say, you don't want to be friends with everyone - See, i always thouht it quite helpful to be friends with my neighbours, not best friends or anything, but pass the time of day with, be able to let deliveries be posted next door etc, but yeah, why should you bother when she has the audacity to not have good english - fuck me, if i lived next do to you, i think i would pretend not to speak English as well.

My neighbours have children round, they are being quite noisy actually, the dogs are going out to have the occasional bark, dog like to bark, so i let them have a few goes and then "shut up" funnily enough, it works"

Train your dogs and learn some manners HTH
