Or am I just being a miserable Monday old feck?

Just seen a woman in the sandwich shop wearing one, holding the hand of a little girl who was probably about four (ie just the age to be working out what words say, particuarly ones on mummy's t-shirt Hmm)

That's all.

Another disclaimer - somebody else bought it for me, honest.

Thumbwitch · 29/04/2013 15:50

I quite like that one though, sudaname [hypocrite face]

PrincessOfChina · 29/04/2013 15:54

It really is 1997 again isn't it?

I had an FCUK t-shirt when I was doing A Levels. I still have a hoody that I wear when painting.

I also heard Radio 1 play ACTUAL Craig David on Friday afternoon.

WTFisABooyhooISBooyhoo · 29/04/2013 16:09

i hate seeing FCUK on stuff too but for a different reason. i wonder why people are so desperate to 'have the current thing' that they'll pay companies to advertise across their arse or chest or bag or whatever. if FCUK want to advertise on my glasses they'll fucking well pay for the space. not the other way round.

TheBigJessie · 29/04/2013 16:13

I remember that. It annoyed me so much and I thought it was so stupid, that I started saying French Connection Off and Oh, French Connection when I dropped something on my foot.

I mean, if they want the glamour of being associated with a swearword, then they should get treated like a swearword!

ComposHat · 29/04/2013 16:36

Tgey must be a clarty bastard if they are wearing a t shirt that is at least 12 years old.

Anyway onto more pressing concerns, how do you think Darius will do on Pop idol and when does the new series of Ibiza uncovered start?

ComposHat · 29/04/2013 16:38

Do cult clothing still do t shirt s with 69 pornstar or fuct emblazoned on them? They were pretty popular at roughly the same time.

whataboutbob · 29/04/2013 17:48

I ve always found them both boring and unpleasant-quite a feat. I draw solace from FRench Connection's ever worsening financial status.

ratspeaker · 29/04/2013 18:57

My son has one
it says FCUK this dyslexia

he is dyslexic

velvetysquirrel · 29/04/2013 20:19

Have you seen recent pictures of Craig David? He has bulked out and is proper muscley now. Shock

Uppatreecuppatea · 29/04/2013 20:23

I remember that this campaign was hailed as an initial pr coup for French Connection but they ultimately lost a lot of customers. I hated the campaign and have never darkened their doorstep since. Idiots.

ParadiseChick · 29/04/2013 20:23

God I just rewarded I had arugby style top with a big 4 on the back and play underneath it.

Whatdoiknowanyway · 29/04/2013 20:26

Another one who has refusedto buy French Connection since their FCUK campaign.

scarlettsmummy2 · 29/04/2013 20:31

Have I woken up in 2001

They still use the pathetic FCUK branding for some things - fragrance, for exaample.

And I am sure the Regent St shop was FCUK until quite recently. And Cvt Garden.

It completely put me off.

ComposHat · 29/04/2013 20:45

Yes, my tip would be to put a few quid on an accumulator bet that Red Marauder will win the Grand National at 33/1, Tony Blair to win a second term for New Labour, Liverpool to beat Arsenal 2-1 in the FA Cup FInal.

With the winnings, buy a house but sell it in early 2007.
