I remember that this campaign was hailed as an initial pr coup for French Connection but they ultimately lost a lot of customers. I hated the campaign and have never darkened their doorstep since. Idiots.

I mean, if they want the glamour of being associated with a swearword, then they should get treated like a swearword!

I hated it then and I hate it still.

Since there's that "thing" about being able to read words so long as the first and last letters are in the right place, it's fcuking obvious what it says (see what I did there? ) and while I don't object to swearing in general, I don't like to see it all the time, it's too in your face. The occasional transitory "fuck" when spoken lasts a split second - if you're walking near someone with a FCUK top, it's ongoing for ages. Yes I know you can look away but it's still there.
