to wonder why there is so much hatred on here towards Katie Price?

I'm not a huge fan and I did watch her tv show and found it extremely boring and switched off.

But I do wonder why people on here hate her so much.

Is it because she used to do Page 3?

Used to be a party girl?

Has 4 children with 3 different men?

If it's for any of those reason then that makes someone a very judgmental person really ...

I suppose she should be admired for her ability to make money out of having had a boob job.

But I just wish our media promoted better role models for our children.

What kind of person sells stories to the trash mags withe the title 'why I'm terrified I'll lose this baby' etc etc? She's foul.

I've not seen that article but ... sometimes magazines just regurgitate old interviews. Or use a quote from one to use on the front page.

I think she's had two miscarriages in the past though.

I don't really care that she's orange tbh. I do care that she passes off books as her own when it is widely known that they are ghost written.

What she said about Jade Goody was absolutely awful.

She's just vile. Not sure I can really be bothered to hate her though. I just don't read a magazine with her on the front. Don't buy her 'books' and products and don't watch her on the tv. She bores me rigid.

I quite liked her in the jungle, and when she married Pete. Especially the way she dealt with her son and his problems.

But she's lost the plot in the last few years, I think.

I don't hate her. I dislike strongly the perception of femininity / womanhood she portrays. The 'if you don't look like this, you ain't sexy' image grips my swede. It's not empowered; it's kowtowing to a porn aethetic.

And I don't think she's a particularly shrewd business woman either - her brother runs the business and before that Carby Clare (who is ruthless) signed off all deals & touted for new business. KP is good at keeping cany people about her - no bad thing.

Think she suggested that she was faking for attention. Can't remember exactly but it was pretty horrible.

But she very openly admits that she doesn't write the books and just comes up with the idea for them.

This is the kind of things I am referring to as people seem to just make up facts.

I have seen interviews where she very openly says that she's never written any of her books.

Agree, Cointreau. Thought she was alright in the jungle, and she seemed pretty together when she was with Peter Andre. Cus, you know, he loves their kids.

Then she went off her tits when they split up and seems to have become a caricature of herself. Everything she does seems to have an "angle" for the press with a view to increasing her profile. I know all celebrities do that, but she just makes it so obvious.

Don't hate her but think the way she keeps marrying blokes is terrible. How many new daddies are her kids going to have? Certainly doesnt seem to put her kids first in her life - extremely self obsessed. Did like her when she first came out the Jungle but for me its just the fact that she has to do anything to be in the limelight and now she is boring - and as someone has aready said very orange.
