Is there any way to stop the old bathwater up the fanny phenomenon? Preferably without being measuring for a sink plug. Grin

Clench. And do your pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises
I've had 5 DCs and done my exercises more or less religiously for years and have no probs with, ah, baggy saggy little places Grin

NotMostPeople · 10/03/2013 22:31

Expell before you get out?

BabyMakesTheBellyGoRound · 10/03/2013 22:32

I have no shower Sad and I am religious in my pelvic clenches. After being a sneeze pee-er after DC1 that lesson was learned.Grin

or don't do your pelvic floor exercises and the water will exit immediately you stand up....

Sparklingbrook · 10/03/2013 22:32

But sometimes it pretends it hasn't done it then lets it all go 20 minutes later. Angry

QOD · 10/03/2013 22:33

Do some excercises with a kettle bell?

No apologies for the Daily Fail link, helps while away time at work on a Sunday!

VenusRising · 10/03/2013 22:35

Definitely clench and whoosh out all the water before you get out.

You could whoosh in and whoosh out as your exercises.

I know some women who can't whoosh, and had no idea what I was talking about. It's a rare skill (lucky DH) ;)

Ledkr · 10/03/2013 22:36

I had this tonight for the first time ever and have no problems whatsoever with my fanjo being slack ... Or at least that's what I thought Hmm

Ledkr · 10/03/2013 22:37

I suppose its nice to be really clean Grin

Sparklingbrook · 10/03/2013 22:38

Just think of it as another Mothers Day gift Ledkr. I am convinced I didn't have the whoosh before DS1 appeared. Grin

BabyMakesTheBellyGoRound · 10/03/2013 22:42

That's the problem Sparkling, think its all gone and then its like waters breaking Angry
