DS hasn't played with his toy story toys in a year. I've boxed them all up together and left the lid open so they can come and go as they please.

I don't think any film has affected me as much as Toy Story 3!

PessaryPam · 16/02/2013 21:13

YES

EllieArroway · 16/02/2013 21:14

Yep. Me too Blush

And Sully's face right at the end of Monster's Inc gets me every fricking time too.

drmummmsy · 16/02/2013 21:15

LovesBeingWokenEveryNight · 16/02/2013 21:15

Jessies face when she is in the car, just before being dumped always gets me.

Agree with sully Monsters inc too.

jinsymaw · 16/02/2013 21:23

As Sneezysnatcher says, when toys reach for each others hands before the incinerator! XX

Clarabumps · 16/02/2013 21:25

Tigress...That is EXACTLY why I howl like a baby. It's the whole being a grown up bit that gets me... sob

Kyrptonite · 16/02/2013 21:26

We have Lotso bear too. He's just chucked in the toy box at my mums though.

Evil strawberry smelling bear.

wintertimeisfun · 16/02/2013 21:29

i always cry a/when they are holding hands in the furnace and b/when he is giving the little girl his toys at the end of the film. mind you, i ALWAYS cry and pretty much all the endings of Little House' which i have on dvd and watch with dd 10 (she doesn't cry though) :-D

PoppyWearer · 16/02/2013 21:35

We have the DVDs of Toy Story 3 and Up. But I haven't dared to watch them yet, for fear of uncontrollable blubbing (me).

DC1 blubbed for hours after Jessie's song in TS2. Poor wee thing is only 4yo and it was over a year ago!

saycheeeeeese · 16/02/2013 21:36

winter I LOVE little house :)

I cry at adverts now too...I think as you get older the reality of life always hits harder so when these films pull on the right string well...I end up like a bowl of blubbing mess.

I effing sobbed my heart out at Bambi last week when I watched it with DD because I kept thinking what if I died and left her without her mum :(

HazelnutinCaramel · 16/02/2013 21:39

Oh God, me too, every time.

It's about saying goodbye to your childhood isn't it. And letting go of something you love.

saycheeeeeese · 16/02/2013 21:40

Sorry for making you all cry

((((((((((((((((Group hug)))))))))))))))))

pluCaChange · 16/02/2013 21:54

Those bloody films are all about increasing the pester power of child hoarders!

saycheeeeeese · 16/02/2013 22:01

Im a self confessed child hoarder :) I still have all my barbies at my mums house.

gaelicsheep · 16/02/2013 22:09

Yes YABU. Which bit makes you cry?!

saycheeeeeese · 16/02/2013 22:15

The bits mentioned up thread...before the incinerator when they hold hands, the bit at the end when Andy passes on his toys. .. :(

OP posts:
INeverFinishAnythi · 16/02/2013 22:15

Bit sad when they all hold hands at the incinerator, but I keep it together, because you know it'll all be ok, until Andy plays with them that one last time. Then I'm a wreck. Damn you Disney!!

MrsTerryPratchett · 16/02/2013 22:15

I weep like a baby, as does DH. Weirdly, I think children don't find 3 as sob-inducing as adults because they aren't thinking about their children moving out, growing up, changing but we are.

gaelicsheep · 16/02/2013 22:16

Blimey, it's a cartoon!

GregBishopsBottomBitch · 16/02/2013 22:18

Oh i cried at Toy story 3, and when Jessie got dumped in Toy story 2.

saycheeeeeese · 16/02/2013 22:19

yy mrsterrypratchett

You hit the nail in the head

All those films have a wee message for the grownups.
