To scrap a broken bike in a communial garden.

Hi i have a communial garden which i share with 4 others and 1 of the residents who has owed me money for a year and i don't get on with has decided to park her broken bike in the garden which i take great care of.I have moved it to outside her flat on the 1st floor where she is living but she has brought it back downstairs to the communial garden.What shall i do?

You need to take her to court to get your money back. When she doesn't pay up (we both know she won't - she's a cunt), you can send the sheriffs round. They'll seize the bike in lieu of payment - you get your money AND get rid of the bike.

I may be watching too much daytime tv.

I think that the neighbour thinks you are a big bit of a knob, and as such is trying to wind you up. Why your neighbour would think that you are a big bit of a knob, i have a very good no idea.
