I cannot stand the wet leggings look. It really should only be worn by tall and thin people.

Also knee/thigh high boots.

And crop tops.

And shorts with your bum cheeks hanging out.

Definitely each to their own

(As I'm guilty of wearing uggs (definitely function over fashion), chelsea boots and I love my Barbour coat, which I know a majority of people hate)

so what fashion do you hate?

peaceandlovebunny · 03/01/2013 09:46

anything tight, revealing, or plain silly like the long and short look, peplums etc. onesies - what? piercings, tattoos, bleached hair, fattened lips, surgically enhanced breasts, tattood lipliner. recently around town there have been women and girls dressed in a pair of tights and a thin vest. what's that about? nothing is covered, all is revealed - so why? boys in trousers that don't cover their bums.

Beaverfeaver · 03/01/2013 09:51

Women wearing Peplums

Men wearing Deep-V tshirts

I love the converse craze but i wont because i can only fit in size 2 ones and you can tell they are kids shoes. Instead I go to other hi tops and have a adidas pair and a lacoste pair.

I love skinny jeans too. They are the only jeans i will wear

Marne · 03/01/2013 10:04

Not looking good for me then Grin, i wear leggings (only under dresses and long tops), boot cut jeans, i have tatoo's and i wear fake uggs.

Havn't got a clue what Peplums are Blush

I dont like wearing the same as everyone else (although i know a lot of people wear uggs but i dont see that many around here, most people here are dressed in Joules, Boden and twead (sp)).

I dont like seeing boys with their bottoms/boxer shorts on show and hate seeing them with hoodies on with their hoods up (the thug look), hate seeing little girls dressed in adult clothes (luckily dd1 is a tom boy and dd2 lets me dress her), i hate flowery prints, stripes and neon. Love the punk look and the rock look (as long as its done well) and i like the 'dragged through a bush' hair styles Smile.

SPsFanjoHasSatelliteNavigation · 03/01/2013 10:33

I don't look like MNetter tbh.

Today I'm in grey skinnies, two different coloured best tops, black lacoste high tops which I believe are meant for boys, a longish black coat and a bag in the crook of my arm.

Rosa · 03/01/2013 10:35

I hate any kind of fashion when worn by somebody with the wrong body type.... Fashion can flatter anybody any size or shape..Just wear what your body type looks best in.

FellatioNelson · 03/01/2013 14:27

oh yes, just thought of some more:

YY to very pointy nail extensions (vile) and playsuits (ridiculous) and would like to add the recent craze for manicures where the nail bed is left colourless and just the tip is painted. It looks ugly, and unfinished.

In fact I detest any form of nail 'art'. Either paint your nails one solid colour or don't paint them at all. All these patterns and dots and palm trees and stuck-on bits are grim.

MurderOfGoths · 03/01/2013 14:42

FN DO you mean nails like this or this?

FellatioNelson · 03/01/2013 14:44

Yes! Both! the first one is fairly awful but the second one is truly revolting looking. Makes me feel a bit queasy in fact.

VitoCorleone · 03/01/2013 14:56

I really hate the long skirts and knee boots combo.

Flat shoes with bows etc on

Tunics

Skinny jeans with high top trainers

ShamyFarrahCooper · 03/01/2013 15:12

Hmmm. I live in my skinny jeans and I got wonder woman converse recently...I don't own uggs or a peplum (had to google) and I don't wear leggings.

I hate this mad onesie trend. I don't get it, and NO it's not acceptable to wear it outside. It's not really acceptable INSIDE but if you must.

MurderOfGoths · 03/01/2013 15:22

Ah, I can't stand the second but adore the first. It was how nail varnish was worn in the forties.

SPsFanjoIsNotMaryZEither · 03/01/2013 15:26

Oh and I love my onesie too
