Dominic West.

That's it really.
It's just putting me in such a bad mood.
IABVU but I don't care.

I actually experienced this in the mid 90s with an ex. That time I was furious that he wasn't Hugh Grant.

I think I need a psychologist. I'm only half joking.

Well now I can rest easy knowing I am not the only grown women to fantasize about moving me and the kids to sweden on the off chance we'll bump into alexander skarsgard....or whoever you weirdos fancy

And since I mentioned his name here first I get first dibs right? that's how it works yeah?

InLoveWithDavidTennant · 23/12/2012 20:19

itchy - poor blokes... they can never live up to him can they Grin

SuperfestiveLBD · 23/12/2012 20:20

Mine isn't Richard Armitage either. Sad

Chubfuddler · 23/12/2012 20:22

When I was about 15 I genuinely felt my only obstacle to a life of happy marriage to Christian slater was getting to meet him. I accepted that was likely to be impossible. I was quite certain I could pull him if I ever got the chance.

Lovecat · 23/12/2012 20:25

DH isn't Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran in late 1981-
87. This vexes me.

Lovecat · 23/12/2012 20:28

pressed post too soon - I don't want Nick Rhodes as he is now, just how he was then. I saw him on telly the other day and he really hasn't aged well...

2kidsintow · 23/12/2012 20:41

Unfortunately, I had to come to terms with the fact that my DH is Hagrid.

Sigh.

fedupofnamechanging · 23/12/2012 20:52

I was convinced (aged 12) that once I grew up and actually met George Michael, he would love me forever.

Now that one was never going to pan out!

DumSpiroSperHoHoHo · 23/12/2012 20:59

I was about to jump in and say "Oi, mitts off!" Festive but as it's you I'm willing to share Wink!

Beaverfeaver · 23/12/2012 22:17

I want DH to be Tom Hardy or Jason Statham.

Not good, is it?!

wewereherefirst · 23/12/2012 22:46

I want DH to be Colin Firth. I bloody love him, unfortunately for DH he is the exact opposite. I am not pleased Sad

JuliaFlyte · 23/12/2012 23:07

I was at university with DW. I could tell you a very romantic story about him (not involving me) but the battery is about to run out on the ipad and I can't find a charger Grin

degutastic · 23/12/2012 23:12

Oh I'm so not fussy - DB as Booth in Bones, Ian Kelsey during the Patrick Spiller years, Will Beck as Dylan Keogh (I need to get out more!), RA as Thorin, James Roday as Shaun in Psych, so many men who would be totally perfect as my DP! And yet I am with none of them Xmas Sad

Silkwood · 25/12/2012 00:19

JuliaFlyte - PLEASE TELL ME the v romantic story involving DW????? I beg????

Also tell me loads that make him sound not that great so I can get over this f-ing ridiculous obsession. I've read the SamCam thing loads & that's not even working even though I'm a staunch labour supporter.

God, I just love his face & his huge looking shoulders / chest and his posh voice.....I really do need a psychologist as I said in my OP.

Oh, I am all the time upset that Elliot Stabler from Law and Order: SVU does not even exist, let alone adore me as I do him. Xmas Sad
