To ask you how many pairs of knickers you have?

Sounds kinky, but really isn't.

My DP says I have an obsession with knickers and I think he has too few pants because as far as I can see he always ends up having a pants crisis and he hurriedly has to put a wash on so that he an have a clean pair to wear. I have 35 pairs of pants. I only had 3 pairs at any one time as a kid and young teenager. One in the wash, one drying, one to wear. Ugh! I get stressed just thinking about it. When I left home, I bought knickers, clean white ones, lots of them so I would never run out of them.

I told my DP I would ask you lot to show that I don't have an obsession. That I have a normal amount. He has 6 pairs, btw.

About 30 pairs, mostly granny pants as my mum buy them for me, one nice set, possibly two.

I keep saying when I get some me money I will buy lots of lovely sets of underwear!

35 is a very sensible number. divisible by 7. and 5. You could have a bag permanently packed for a two week holiday or other unforseen emergency without any undue loss of service in the knicker department. If there was a world shortage of knickers you would be literally sitting pretty.

Wouldn't they get mouldy if packed for emergencies? Also, I like the plain cotton white ones because pretty pants are lovely but I can't tolerate the lace on them or the synthetic material and also I like the feeling of being clean when wearing white ones, probably because only having three as a child, they felt grubby after continual washing and wearing.

My DS (4) has 14 pairs and never runs out either!

Mad crazy amounts began when I was pg and felt constantly sweaty so was having 3 showers and 3 knicker changes a day.

I probably have about 40. A few sexy pairs, a few Bridget Jones style period pants, some tummy control ones, some lacy ones, some thongs and the normal seamless ones.

To be fair I have spent the last year trying to find knickers that are comfortable on my stupid PCOS / possible endo tummy. So I can justify most pairs.

I have loads, if I'm honest I've got too many-I do the buying new undies when I go on holiday (don't know if it's just me that does this ) but I don't throw any away until they're knackered so my collection is pretty substantial

I have 5 pairs of plain white and 2 fancy bra and knickers sets. I don't really wear them though. So 5 I think.

I really dont know but i have lots. Approximatly 30 day time knickers (thong style) and maybe 20 night time knickers (big pants/boxer style). I wouldnt say you have an obsession.

Seven. Enough for a week, but as I do many washes every day, it is never really an issue.

I went through a phase of buying underwear everytime I went food shopping! I have recently rediscovered loads I'd forgotten about as I'd put them away when I put on weight but some of it fits again:o

I had to just go and rummage through my knicker drawer to count

10 pairs pf big black pants from M&S of varying ages, some used as 'period pants' and some just for those days when you need to be comfy.

3 pairs of Spanx of differing styles.

15 pairs of 'sexy knickers' - French, thongs, frilly, lacy etc - which arent worn nearly enough!

About 40 - approx half of which are sensible cotton black or white ones and the other half are pretty silk or lace ones some of which even have matching bras

about 10. I find it hard to find ones that I like and are comfy!

about 100 pairs, easy! lots of matching sets, plus I buy packets of 5/6/7 etc at the supermarket quite often!

ANd bra i only have 3, i have big breasticles and good supporting bras are expensive. the last one cost £40 and it was nothing special

I've never counted Maybe somewhere around 20-40?

Loads need throwing out though, TBH.
