Oh dear. I was a bit surprised at IK going out with Eric Joyce, but then I googled him and realised I'd got him mixed up with Eric Pickles.

I do envy , madly, people who get paid masses to write drivel. I am really quite good at writing drivel but do I beat down queues of commissioning editors panting for my drivel? That would be a no. I am reduced to writing clear, incisive copy about neurological diseases instead for a pittance.
