Neighbers dog a danger

I live in flats on a estate in the next block there is a staff. if this dog is out with its owner and you go near it by near it i mean across the road. it goes mental barking and trying to get away from its owner. I dont think this is far for people who live here. and im sure staffs should not be so full of anger.

Does he leave it in P&C spaces?

My staffy/cross barks when the postman gets out of his van at the top of our drive - only because she cant get to the door quick enough for her daily fuss (she luffs the postman and he luffs her)

Staffy owner here, losing will to live again with OPs post....God knows how many dead and mutilated kids are out there due to us having such dangerous "devil dogs"!!!

My neighbour's cat miaows. Its most unreasonable (but my dog is now too deaf to hear it so doesn't woof at it )

My dog barks when he gets excited, loves kids but couldn't eat a whole one and woe betide anyone sat down on grass, he's likely to lick them to death.

I have never met a nasty staffy, only stupid owners. I met a woman once who had 2 staffies, my dog went over to say hi, he had a soft muzzle on coz he wouldn't stop barking and the woman nearly strangled her 2 dogs lifting them up out of his way .

I was having a bad day and asked her what she expected my dog to do with a muzzle on.
