and call him a **ing idiot?

He also posted them 1st class recorded and lost me money on the P&P Angry.

He says he was just trying to help - but really - a call to check if I'd been paid wouldn't have been amiss surely - he knows how the system works.

I am just so angry - imagine if the buyers hadn't paid - sod all chance of them doing so once their nice new items turned up 1st class post tomorrow.

You could stick post-its on the parcels, saying - waiting for payment, or, paid. Plus the amount of postage you're expecting to pay.

Then everyone knows if it is paid and that the postage you've allowed is £2.20 or whatever.

Actually I do this even though it's only me involved, so I don't lose track.

YANBU OP; I'd be really irritated too.

Sounds
Like he made a stupid mistake with good intentions.

Tell him not to do it again and move on

Write the item number on the parcel and only address them once payment is received? That way if they don't pay and you resell it, you don't need to repackage. DS interfears with the post-it system a bit too much Confused

YANBU, it's just lucky that they'd all been paid for.
