Just great big slabs of it..no toast, bread or crackers right before bed??? I'll tell you if I have nightmares tomorrow :)

Does anyone like Hallumi? I love it but a lot of people say it's like eating rubber. Grilled hallumi is up there with the best of them imo.

But Boulette D'Avesnes is my dream cheese. I had it once, about 30 years ago in a nightclub in London and have been pining for it ever since. Have not found anywhere that sells it.

HipHopOpotomus - I've never tried it tbh. I think I have a bit of a mental block about cheese from a goat (totally irrational, I know).
